our process

With a 4-step foundation of Discovery, Prototype, System and Production, each phase of our process centers around set activities and deliverables. Not all projects are the same, and our flexible process can be easily adapted to meet our clients needs. Each phase is detailed below, accompanied by samples from a variety of Zoic Labs projects.

1: discovery

The Discovery Phase lasts for approximately 2 to 8 weeks and is an essential first step in our engagement with new clients, setting the stage for a successful project. The aim of the discovery phase is to create a series of actionable deliverables.

2: prototype

By aligning user needs with technical feasibility from the start, our teams deliver higher-performing products faster and at lower cost. Prototyping reduces costly revisions, improves speed and efficiency, and ensures a more intuitive, robust, and scalable platform.

3: system

The System Phase is where all facets of the Zoc Labs team are fully active - Design, Dev, and Project Management - as we build on the foundations established through prototyping.
